Evoking transformation in people is my absolute passion. It is my life calling, my life purpose.
In more than 15 years of working with people in business and personal settings, I have seen people who have achieved a high degree of outward success, yet, in reality, are struggling with an inner hunger, a deep need for personal congruency, effectiveness, and satisfaction from the inside.
Human beings are born creative, resourceful, and capable, but sometimes can lose sight of what really is important, their values, dreams, and purpose in life. They may get stuck in the past or feel afraid to face the future, and consequently, end up not being present "NOW" for themselves and their community. People could lose their compass in life, their inner flow, and sometimes can lose it forever!, causing many to be "stuck" in life, or even worse, feeling regret on missing out on opportunities, relationships, unleashed potentials, unrealized dreams. I see these possibilities as a sad trajectory of missing out on living a colorful, vibrant, and profoundly intentional life!
However, I know it is possible to spin out of this trajectory and go back on the right path! Yes, change, growth, and transformation are possible! It takes courage to seek deep awareness and clarity of one's life purpose. It also requires determination and a growth mindset to shatter common perceptions and move beyond existing thinking patterns. The fruits of labor are never lost in this true endeavor. After all, isn't living a fulfilled life worth it?
I have intentionally experienced powerful transformations throughout my life, resulting in significant positive impacts and tremendous growth and satisfaction across all major life dimensions: Health, Spirituality, Relationships, Family, Finances, and Career.
My role, simply, is to be that catalyst of change!
Utilizing my self-development and leadership academics and wealth of knowledge, my ICF coaching qualifications, my international business experience with both Fortune 500 companies and my businesses, I am well-positioned to offer qualified and credential-based coaching and consulting services for individuals and groups who seek change and transformation. I also provide tailor-made coaching, leadership, and effective communication programs for organizations who want to revive their vision, mission statement, values, and culture. These programs cultivate the organizational culture, re-energize the workforce, which ultimately all lead to performance breakthroughs.
